Pricing information (Inclusive of VAT)

Day-of management : starting at €4,300
for 30 hours of management and coordination
Month-of coordination : starting at €3,700 for 20 hours of coordination
To tailor your wedding planning to your exact needs, we also offer flexible options for additional services, such as day-before or day-after presence, extra hours, and guest management.

Initial Consultation and Planning: We start with a brief meeting to understand your needs and see where you are at in the planning process. We create a personalized retro-planning document for the last steps to be covered.

Day-of Management: Our team provides support and guidance, including finalizing vendor contracts and managing last payments, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently.

Month-of Coordination: Our service includes multiple meetings dedicated to building the perfect wedding itinerary and setup plans to ensure all details of the day are covered. We coordinate with vendors to finalize the technical aspects and schedule.

Onsite Presence: The onsite coordinator is present to oversee every aspect of your wedding day. We handle all aspects of day-of coordination, from welcoming vendors and overseeing setups to ensuring the timeline is followed.

Post-Wedding Follow-Up: After the wedding, we handle any final details and provide post-event support. About a month later, we gather feedback to continuously improve our services and ensure every couple has a perfect experience.
